Dr. Sibai held many faculty positions in the Gulf and USA. He served in Deanship roles at the American International University, Kuwait, and at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, Saudi Arabia. He also worked for Aramco (IT/OT security, IT master planning, data science applied to IT metrics and automated IT reports, and Robotics R&D) and Intel Corporation. He authored or co-authored over 250 publications and technical reports. His PhD and MS degrees were AI-related and has published extensively in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and robotics applied to various disciplines for over 20 years. He also completed Cyber-security projects and  published in Cyber-security and other topics. Dr. Sibai received the PhD and MS degrees from Texas A&M University, and the BS degree from the University of Texas at Austin, all in Electrical (Computer) Engineering. He holds PMP, CISSP, CCNA, and quantified risk management (CQRM) certificates.

Additionally, he consulted for SABIC and HPE in Cyber-security, and KEO in Smart Buildings, and taught Project Management at TUV-Dubai.
